About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about individual and collective healing. My therapeutic approach integrates ideas from relational depth psychology, somatic psychology, yoga, and non-duality. I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) where I learned the impact of integrating western science, eastern contemplative practices, and ancient earth based traditions into therapeutic practice.
My clinical training includes experiences working in a hospital supporting people experiencing serious illness, a community mental health clinic supporting people of diverse ages and backgrounds, a school setting supporting students navigating life’s many transitions, and also working in private practice with people throughout the Bay area and California.
I’ve completed extensive post-graduate training in the Hakomi method which utilizes somatic mindful awareness to transform the core material at the center of our lives. I’ve also completed psychedelic assisted psychotherapy training with Hakomi which informs my ketamine assisted psychotherapy offering.
Prior to my therapeutic studies, I worked for major Hollywood studios, large tech companies, and with several well known bands. I’ve completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training. I’ve studied non-dual meditative traditions, as well as indigenous traditions from Peru and Colombia which continue to inspire me. In my free time, I am a bit of a music nerd and also doing my best to teach my young Portuguese Water Dog not to chew on my shoes.
I bring all these parts of myself and more into my work. Overall, I am committed to fostering experiences of connection with self, other, and the world through the practice of psychotherapy.
